This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit PercentPoker.com ("Percent Poker", "we", "us"), how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it simple on purpose: the site is a free learning game, and it does not ask for an account, a name, an email address or any payment details.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the company that hosts Percent Poker may automatically collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the website that referred you, the pages you visited, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This information is generally used by the host to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
How the game works and what stays in your browser
The practice table runs entirely inside your web browser. Dealing cards, bot decisions and Percent Match calculations happen on your own device, and your hands, moves and choices are not sent to us. The game uses free play chips only, and no real money is wagered, won or lost.
If you use the scorecard, the site saves a few counters (moves matched, moves made, hands played and hands won) in your browser's local storage so they are still there next time. That information stays on your device. You can erase it at any time with the "Reset scorecard" button or by clearing your browser's site data.
Cookies
Percent Poker does not set cookies of its own, including for visit statistics. Your web host may use cookies or similar technologies for normal operation and security. If you click an affiliate link to Amazon, Amazon and its partners may set cookies on their own site, as described below.
Affiliate links and Amazon
Percent Poker participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link on our Poker Gear page, you leave our site and Amazon's own privacy notice and cookie policy apply to anything you do there. Amazon tells us when a purchase happened through our link, but we do not receive your name, address, payment details or account information.
Visit statistics
To understand which pages are useful, Percent Poker uses a small statistics tool that runs on our own website and stores its data in our own database. It records anonymous events such as which page was viewed, the website that referred you (if any), a general device type (phone, tablet or computer), your browser family, and clicks on features such as starting a practice game, using the odds calculator or following an Amazon link. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile of you. To count visitors, it makes a one-way code from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next. It does not run if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Your game hands, cards and moves are never part of these statistics.
Third-party services
We do not currently use advertising networks or third-party analytics services on the game pages. If we add services such as advertising in the future, they may collect information such as cookie identifiers or device data under their own privacy policies, and we will update this page to say so.
Information you choose to give us
The site does not currently have contact forms, comments, newsletters or user accounts. If we add features like these, we will collect the information you give us only for the purpose described at the time. We do not sell personal information, and we do not intentionally share it for advertising purposes.
Children's privacy
Percent Poker is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please let us know so we can delete it.

Our pages may link to websites we do not control. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the site, but no internet transmission, website, hosting system or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You can clear the scorecard data from your browser at any time, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and choose not to click affiliate links. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights about personal information held by the companies that host or serve the site. Contact those companies directly to exercise them.
