Entertainment and education only
Percent Poker is provided for entertainment, educational and novelty purposes only. The game uses free play chips. No real money, prizes or items of value are wagered, won or lost through the game, and play chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Poker for real money is regulated and may be illegal where you live. Nothing on this Site encourages or helps you to gamble, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
No gambling or financial advice
Percent Match, Recommended Move, pot odds, outs, starting hand charts and the other tools on the Site are educational estimates based on visible cards and computer simulations against random opponent hands. They are not guarantees of winning, are not predictions about real opponents, and must not be treated as gambling, financial or legal advice. Real games involve skill, luck, other players' behavior and rules that the Site does not model.
Accuracy
